We have an exclusive mandate to hire a Head of Treasury to lead all aspects of the Group’s treasury strategy for a PE-backed business based in the City. If you have international private equity exposure and the ambition to progress towards Director level, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
You will be well-versed across all areas of treasury, with a particular focus on cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and refinancing. We are seeking candidates from a PE-backed, non-banking environment who can support the CFO through an upcoming refinancing, as well as ongoing M&A activity.
This role will suit a self-starter with a strong commercial mindset, someone who can identify both risk areas and opportunities for improvement, such as transaction streamlining.
Ideally, candidates will be Big 4 trained with 5–8 years’ post-qualification experience, currently operating in a Head of Treasury or Treasury Manager role within an international, multi-currency environment. You will have the opportunity to gain invaluable exposure to a high-performing senior management team at the cutting edge of technology, process automation.
