This pivotal role combines strategic financial planning & analysis within a private equity backed organisation. As a trusted partner to the CFO, executive team, and shareholders, you’ll:
- Lead the FP&A team, driving excellence and innovation
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Oversee the design, preparation, and reporting of financial performance across all business areas.
- Develop and deliver regular financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning processes.
- Drive the continuous improvement of management information, leveraging historical and current data to enhance forecasting and strategic planning.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified finance professional with deep expertise in FP&A, ideally ACA from Big 4
- Previous experience in PE
- Proven leadership in complex, international environments
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
