ADFuels is looking to recruit reliable and proactive Customer Care Representatives to join our growing operations team. This role is critical in managing our network of drivers and rolling stock, while also serving as the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, smooth logistics, and exceptional service across the board.
To support our 24/7 operations, these roles may involve shift work, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, delivery updates, and service issues.
- Manage and support drivers, coordinate truck movements, and monitor delivery schedules.
- Handle real-time logistics challenges with confidence and professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, issues, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Deliver high levels of service even during high-pressure or off-peak hours.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or a similar coordination role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, solution-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
