An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing business based in Cannock. Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and support to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational stakeholders and budget holders.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, KPI analysis, and performance commentary.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial modelling and analysis for business initiatives and investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost control.
- Support VAT reporting, audit requirements, and financial governance.
- Drive improvements in reporting, systems, and processes.
About You
- Part-qualified or qualified ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Strong management accounting and business partnering experience.
- Commercially focused with excellent analytical and Excel skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
