The Opportunity As Service Charge Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the accounting activities across a diverse property portfolio.
Working closely with Property Managers and wider stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial information and ensuring service charge accounts are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Assisting with the preparation, review, and management of annual service charge budgets.
Preparing year-end service charge accounts and expenditure reconciliations.
Completing bank, supplier, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Monitoring service charge arrears and supporting debt recovery processes.
Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis.
