ALEXANDER DANIELS are currently recruiting for a Group Financial Reporting Manager on behalf of a high-growth private equity-backed manufacturing business headquartered in Derbyshire on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the senior finance leadership, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate group reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial compliance across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly consolidation of group results, reviewing business unit submissions, intercompany eliminations, and preparing consolidation journals.
- Produce accurate and timely Group Management Accounts, including detailed P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow reporting.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with high-quality financial reports, including group leadership, investors, and banking partners.
- Coordinate the monthly forecasting process, including covenant tracking and variance analysis.
- Drive the preparation of group-wide budgets, scenario planning, and financial modelling.
- Partner with site finance teams to ensure compliance with group policies and consistency in financial reporting.
- Support year-end audit processes, including the audit of the consolidated group accounts.
- Contribute to acquisition accounting.
