Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Finance/Income Analyst to join a successful family run business in the West Midlands. You will be involved with Supplier payments, Stock, Indirect income etc and will have the opportunity to progress in this business. They offer 3 days a week onsite with 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Finance / Stock Analysis
- Working with Indirect Income
- Analyse and resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate invoices and credit notes.
- Perform account reconciliation tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to correct billing errors.
- Support the development of internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for billing activities.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with standard procedures and customer agreements.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field / Part Qualified
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- An understanding of accounting principles and financial/stock analysis.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and clients.
