Alexander Daniels are working with an exciting company who are looking to recruit an ambitious finance manager. You will take ownership of day to day finance operations, deliver performance insights, and help build a scalable finance function. This role offers a clear path to senior finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting and financial operations
  • Prepare management accounts and financial reports
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee AP/AR, payroll interfaces, and expenses
  • Complete month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements
  • Strengthen financial controls and partner with teams across the business

Essential

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (QBE will be considered)
  • Strong management accounting experience
  • Confident owning and shaping the finance function
  • Excellent reporting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
