Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance and administrative activities.
- Assist with the processing of invoices, payments, and employee expenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure systems are updated efficiently.
- Support account reconciliations and assist with basic financial reporting.
- Work closely with the wider finance team to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Learn and contribute to finance processes, with full training and ongoing support provided.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other internal departments to deliver accurate financial support across the business.

- A genuine interest in finance and a desire to build a career within the sector.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail with a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other IT systems, or willing to develop these skills.
- Previous finance experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
