What You\’ll Do

Lead all core finance operations : strategic planning, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and treasury
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across financial systems and processes
Develop and deliver a robust 5-year financial plan across Repton School, Repton Enterprises Ltd, Repton Family of Schools Ltd, and Repton School Trust
Produce high-quality financial reports for the Executive and Governors
Collaborate with HR to support payroll delivery and workforce planning
Inspire and manage high-performing finance teams across UK entities
