Alexander Daniels have partnered with a growing, multi-site organisation to recruit a Senior Management Accountant . This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to take ownership of key financial reporting while supporting and mentoring a developing finance team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality management accounts, driving process improvements, and providing commercial insight to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Ownership of monthly management accounts, including full P L and commentary Review and improve month-end processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency Line management and development of junior finance staff Review forecasts and budgets, challenging assumptions and adding commercial insight Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting cycles Oversee reconciliations, journals, and technical accounting areas Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders and present financial insights Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audit processes Identify and implement process improvements across the finance function About You Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Strong technical knowledge of P L and balance sheet Confident reviewing work and mentoring junior team members Excellent communication skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders Proven experience in a Management Accountant role within a multi-site environment
