About the Role
As Financial Director, you will lead the finance function across the UK and international operations, supporting the CEO and executive team in delivering strategic growth. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow, treasury, audit, legal, and capital planning, while managing relationships with external stakeholders including lenders, auditors, and legal advisors. You will be responsible for scaling the financial infrastructure to support international expansion, leading a small UK-based team, and playing a key role in shaping the future of the business.
