AD Finance Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-entity UK group to recruit a Management Accountant who wants real ownership, variety and progression.
If you enjoy taking charge of month-end, improving processes and being the finance go-to for operational teams, this role will suit you perfectly.
The Role
- Lead monthly management accounts for several trading entities.
- Produce accurate reporting packs with clear variance analysis.
- Prepare journals (accruals, prepayments, payroll, fixed assets, intercompany).
- Own balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
- Ensure consistent revenue recognition and accurate WIP reporting.
- Assist with statutory accounts, VAT and audit queries.
- Support integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Partner with managers to provide insight and commercial challenge.
- Contribute to systems and process improvements.
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist.
- Strong management accounting and month-end experience.
- Comfortable working across multi-entity or multi-site structures.
- Solid understanding of revenue recognition and WIP.
- Detail-driven, analytical and confident communicating with stakeholders.
- Experience in a growing SME or mid-market environment.
