Alexander Daniels are partnering with a well-established, growing business to recruit a

Finance Manager (12 month FTC).

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll lead the day-to-day finance function, manage a team, and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, commercial insight, and operational support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Deliver financial analysis, reporting packs, and performance insights.
  • Lead and develop a finance team across AP, AR, and management accounting.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance.
  • Oversee VAT, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain robust financial controls and compliance across the business.

About You

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in management accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience managing and developing finance teams.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP/accounting systems.
