They are also expanding into a number of new international markets, helped by the cash rich, debt free position they are in. Now experiencing exponential growth across Europe and looking to bolster the commercial operation in the UK our Client is seeking a Sales Director. Manage existing key accounts – wholesalers – and installer sales in the UK Execute expansion sales strategy in region Leading, motivating and expanding the sales team, currently around 25 people Be a brand advocate, ensuring exceptional knowledge of the full product portfolio Attend all initial commercial and product queries Manage sales pipeline and achieve or surpass sales goals set Actively acquire new customers specifically with solar and electrical installers Organise and conduct sales and product training to partners and clients Consolidate brand presence in region Proven sales experience selling high-tech innovative products within a market region Possess an understanding of the local Solar and ESS market preferable Exceptional business relationship management skills and acumen Home based in the UK and willing to travel frequently
