We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual to join our team from our brand-new carbon-neutral office in Telford .

This is not a traditional research role focused purely on data gathering and reporting.

Instead, you'll be at the centre of candidate engagement, market intelligence and client delivery, helping connect some of the industry's most talented professionals with market-leading organisations.

You'll develop deep expertise within the renewable energy sector while building relationships with senior professionals, supporting high-profile search assignments and helping clients make informed hiring decisions.
