About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a driven, curious, and confident Recruitment Candidate Expert to join our Glasgow team. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients find the talent that powers the future of renewable energy. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a 360° Recruitment Consultant position and build a long-term career in an exciting international renewable energy market. You will be required to work in slightly different time zones so we need someone who can commit to some later working days.
What You’ll Do
- Source Top Talent: Use our Mercury CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and your own research to discover and connect with top RNG talent across North America.
- Engage Candidates: Build relationships with engineers, project managers, and executives in the renewable sector. Understand what they’re looking for and match them to our clients' needs.
- Screen & Qualify: Ensure candidates are a perfect fit — culturally, professionally, and legally — to work in the U.S.
- Database Management: Keep our Mercury system up to date with talent pipelines and candidate journeys.
- Job Ads & Content: Write sharp, appealing job posts that get attention on LinkedIn and our site.
