AD Energy is a specialist search and recruitment partner operating across the global renewable energy sector. We work with leading developers, manufacturers, investors, IPPs, EPCs and OEMs within the solar and battery energy storage (BESS) markets.

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual to join our team from our brand-new carbon-neutral office in Telford. This is not a traditional research role focused purely on data gathering and reporting. Instead, you'll be at the centre of candidate engagement, market intelligence and client delivery, helping connect some of the industry's most talented professionals with market-leading organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview processes and maintain a high-quality candidate experience
