We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual to join our team from our brand-new carbon-neutral office in Telford. This is not a traditional research role focused purely on data gathering and reporting. Instead, you'll be at the centre of candidate engagement, market intelligence and client delivery, helping connect some of the industry's most talented professionals with market-leading organisations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source and engage high-calibre professionals across the solar and energy storage sectors
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify key individuals and target organisations
- Build relationships through strategic outreach, networking and candidate engagement
- Interview and assess candidates to understand experience, motivations and career goals
- Support clients by providing insight into talent availability, market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain a high-quality candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity, market intelligence and project progress
- Build and grow a network of industry professionals across renewable energy
- Support targeted search projects, talent attraction initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen market knowledge and relationships

Key Requirements
