Partnering with overseas headquarters to align global strategy with regional requirements. Analysing HR metrics and workforce data to drive informed business decisions. Proven HR leadership experience within a fast-growing, international business. Strong knowledge of European employment practices and multi-country HR operations. Experience creating HR structures, policies and processes in environments undergoing rapid growth or transformation. Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business objectives and employee engagement. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
