HR Manager | Europe Location: Liverpool. Hybrid Package: Competitive Salary + Benefits We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded HR Manager to play a pivotal role in the next phase of our European growth journey. This is not a traditional HR role. You'll join a rapidly expanding technology and energy business with operations across multiple European countries, acting as the driving force behind building scalable people processes, introducing structure, and creating a best-in-class employee experience. Reporting directly into the international leadership team and partnering closely with an overseas HQ, you'll be responsible for establishing the HR foundations that enable sustainable growth across a complex, multicultural organisation. Developing and implementing HR policies, frameworks and governance across multiple European locations. Building scalable people processes that support rapid organisational growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy, organisational design and workforce planning. Leading employee relations activities while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation. Standardising performance management, succession planning and employee development programmes. Partnering with overseas headquarters to align global strategy with regional requirements. Analysing HR metrics and workforce data to drive informed business decisions. Proven HR leadership experience within a fast-growing, international business. Strong knowledge of European employment practices and multi-country HR operations. Experience creating HR structures, policies and processes in environments undergoing rapid growth or transformation. Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business objectives and employee engagement. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
