About the Role
The role is a hybrid of a traditional contact centre position, with high call volumes, and account management that requires nurturing and developing relationships. Responsibilities include calling leads or accounts and interacting with them through video conferencing, as well as supporting and organising campus‑based activities such as tours and recruitment events.
