The Role
As Campus Recruitment Officer, you will be the face of the Liverpool campus — building meaningful relationships with prospective students, parents, schools and colleges. From delivering inspiring campus tours and managing busy audition schedules, to capturing engaging social media content and representing us at careers fairs and UCAS conventions, you'll play a vital role in driving student recruitment and enrolment growth. This is a varied role requiring energy, organisation, resilience and initiative. You will work closely with national recruitment, admissions and marketing teams while acting as a key on-campus representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, tailored campus tours to prospective students
- Oversee interview and audition scheduling and delivery
- Build and manage relationships with schools and colleges
- Organise and deliver workshops, seminars and taster events (on-site and off-site)
- Represent ICMP x SAE at higher education and careers fairs
- Capture and create dynamic social media content reflecting campus life
- Maintain accurate CRM records (preferably Salesforce)
- Support Open Days, outreach events and recruitment campaigns
- Lead on Access Participation activity in line with APP commitments
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding campus enrolment targets
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven success in a target-driven sales or student recruitment role
- Experience working with schools or prospective students
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the Higher Education recruitment cycle
- Social media content creation experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce desirable)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel within the UK
- Full right to work in the UK

- Undergraduate degree (Marketing or related field)
- Understanding of widening participation in HE
