Job Overview

The main objective of this role is to accurately plan and oversee daily operations at site level, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and full compliance with Health and Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and supervise daily site operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Coordinate and manage activities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in general building practices: brickwork/masonry repairs, timber repairs, roofing, painting and decorating, timber window replacements, internal and external communal redecoration works.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising trade personnel across various sites.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Full manual driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
  • Strong ability to promote positive working relationships.
  • Effective time‑management and prioritisation skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with pre‑decoration repairs.
  • Previous experience working in the public housing sector.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Scaffold inspection training (training can be provided).
  • First Aid training (training can be provided).
  • Knowledge of IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS/SMSTS.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: £43,000 to £47,000, based on experience.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. (1‑hour lunch break).
  • Holidays: 21 days + bank holidays + birthday day off; Christmas closure.
  • Company van (tracked) and fuel card for business use.
