This is a full-time hybrid position based in Chelmsford, with opportunities for remote work. The Insolvency Practitioner will manage and lead insolvency cases, provide strategic business recovery advice, and support individuals and businesses through financial challenges.
Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge and experience in Insolvency Processes, Business Recovery, and Financial Restructuring

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Understanding of relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in insolvency and business recovery
- Professional qualifications, such as JIEB certification, and prior experience as an authorized Insolvency Practitioner
