Responsibilities
- Build and deploy ML models that power ad performance insights — attribution, forecasting, audience clustering, and more.
- Work with massive datasets (billions of events) to extract patterns and build predictive systems.
- Collaborate with engineering to productionise models and integrate them into the platform.
- Partner with commercial teams to translate data insights into client value.
- Continuously experiment—test new approaches, validate hypotheses, and push the boundaries of what the data can tell us.
Qualifications
- Senior Data Scientist with 4+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying ML models.
- Strong in Python and SQL — comfortable wrangling large datasets and writing production‑quality code.
- Experienced with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar).
- Solid statistical foundations and intuition for when to use what technique.
- Curious about the ad industry—or eager to learn how the money actually flows.
- A clear communicator who can explain complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
