We are looking for a Data & Reporting Project Manager to join our Data Management & Reporting Product Team at Acxiom. A successful candidate should be a product-minded, hands-on individual with a strong understanding of technical buildouts, client management, digital media measurement & reporting and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
You will be critical in managing the build & deployment of data automation and reporting products for some of our major clients, as well as working alongside stakeholders across IPG agencies to define requirements and ensure adoption of the reporting automation products. Curiosity and passion for product management, digital data and media technologies is a must!
Primary day to day tasks will include partnering with IPG agency teams to understand and define custom automation build requirements and final output/client needs, building product blueprints and working with Engineering on actual buildouts. Additional responsibilities include working alongside the Product Management team to build new tools, inform product roadmaps, and define best practices that can then be deployed via your partnerships with the agency teams.
A successful candidate will have a wide variety of skills in media, technology, data, and client management.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with key Agency & Analytics Craft stakeholders and users to define and prioritize product requirements, and manage reporting data product implementation through complete lifecycle, from initial request and requirements gathering, through to delivery.
- Translate high-level functional requirements into detailed data model blueprints that will deliver scalable data automation solutions and analytics tools to end users.
- Understand the business and guide data solutions to deliver results, through collaboration and coordination across business units to determine requirements and deliverables for product enhancements or net new products.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, set and communicate realistic timelines and deliverables, lead stakeholders through reviews, acceptance criteria, issue identification and resolution.
- Partner with account level agency teams to understand capability needs and evolution opportunities for the product, as well as to deploy existing solutions among teams based on each account's unique needs.
- Stay relevant and ahead of the curve on industry needs and technology trends to inform product evolution.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in: Business, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields (although we are open to all backgrounds and experiences for exceptional candidates).

- Strong project management skills; be able to be creative within a structured environment; develop plans, priorities and work effectively with minimal oversight; manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, remain organized, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences; articulate information clearly and respectfully, and be comfortable presenting to both multi-disciplined technology groups and non-technical business users.
- Strong knowledge and experience with key elements of media data management (e.g. taxonomy, data governance, data blending techniques, data structure management).
- Strong understanding of digital media measurement and analytics, with experience designing and building outputs to answer key business questions or challenges.
- Knowledge of and experience working across the full cycle of digital media for all major channels (Display, Search, Social).
- Clear understanding of the marketing data ecosystem and confidence in working within digital and traditional channel platforms (CM360, Various DSPs, Google Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.).
- Versed in commonly used technologies including data platforms using Snowflake, Adverity, Tableau, and SQL.
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
- Experience advocating and driving product adoption and usage.
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
