Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep, strategic relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Own the commercial success of the account portfolio, driving upsells, renewals and expansion of services while maintaining strong retention metrics.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and customer/digital transformation needs, aligning Acxiom's capabilities to provide value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery, partner alliances, marketing, and commercial leadership teams to drive client success and account expansion.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client engagements, ensuring projects meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead contract discussions, pricing strategies, and statements of work (SOWs) to drive favorable outcomes for both Acxiom and the client.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to provide insights and thought leadership to clients and internally within the agency.

Experience and key competencies

  • 8+ years in enterprise client management, strategic account leadership, or consulting, preferably within a marketing technology SI, digital agency, or a technology solutions provider.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering value and building long-term partnerships.
  • Marketing Technology & Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing technology and cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Treasure Data, Google Cloud Platform), digital transformation, and omnichannel trends.
  • Strategic Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of managing complex deals, including renewals, expansions, and consultative selling.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers within enterprise organisations.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to address client challenges effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with technical delivery, partner alliances, and marketing teams to drive successful client engagements.
