To meet the individual needs of those who use the services of Seabank House and contribute to the effectiveness of Seabank House in meeting the requirements of people with a mental health problem.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- To promote equality for all individuals.
- To support and promote client's independence in situations of dependency.
- To support clients in developing self-sufficiency.
- To support clients during specific treatment, therapeutic and development programmes.
- To support the maintenance and development of client identity and relationships.
- To contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of services which provide support and care.
- To contribute to the maintenance of an environment for effective care.
- May include lone working.
This is a full time position and the employee would be required to work shifts including alternate weekends and sleepovers.
Additional allowance for sleepover shifts.
Wages Will Depend On Qualifications.
