ACVO TSI is seeking a dedicated Youth Development Coach to support young people aged 14–25 in Fraserburgh and surrounding areas. You will build trusted relationships, deliver one-to-one support and group activities, and help participants identify strengths, overcome barriers and set achievable goals.
Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, you will collaborate with families, schools and partner agencies to provide early intervention, promote confidence and life skills.
