Includem is recruiting for Family Support Workers to join our service providing Targeted Family Support in Aberdeen. Applicants should demonstrate skills in delivering support through an early intervention model supporting families in their communities.

In addition, this service will also support young people who are in conflict with the law. Applicants should demonstrate skills in supporting diversion from prosecution and demonstrate knowledge of court processes.

Includem is committed to developing employees and will help you to achieve the relevant qualifications required to carry out the role. These qualifications will be fully funded by Includem. The successful candidate should have a full driver’s license and access to a car.
