We\'re looking for a confident and commercially minded Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to join our friendly and hardworking HR team in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
What You will Be Doing:
This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in supporting managers and teams across the business by providing expert guidance on all aspects of employee relations.
You\'ll act as a trusted adviser, confidently navigating everything from day-to-day issues to complex cases. Your sound judgement and pragmatic approach will ensure legal compliance, and enable leaders to make informed, people-focused decisions.
Confident delivering training to managers to enhance leadership capability, you\'ll also be at ease guiding them through change management, restructures, and workforce planning.
What You Will Bring:
- Extensive background in employee relations across a variety and breadth of issues, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Proven experience handling complex cases from start to resolution
- Confident and clear communicator with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
- CIPD qualification or working towards (Level 5 or above preferred)
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using HR Systems with proficiency in Microsoft Word.
