Titleist is seeking a skilled and dedicated Club Fitting Specialist to represent our brand in the Sussex/Surrey region and surrounding counties. This full-time role will put you at the forefront of Titleist's club fitting events, where you'll deliver exceptional experiences for golfers and industry professionals, showcasing our advanced club technology and industry-leading equipment.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to live either in Surrey or Sussex in order to provide the best service to our partners.
Your Role: As the face of Titleist at consumer events, you will:
- Execute club fitting events across the region, providing a premium fitting experience that demonstrates the performance benefits of Titleist equipment.
- Support key national account events and product launches, collaborating with the Area Sales Manager to drive brand recognition and market impact.
- Educate consumers and trade partners on Titleist products and benefits of custom fitting (both ball and club).
- Manage inventory and submit event reports.
Your Profile: We’re looking for a team player with:
- Experience in custom golf fitting (knowledge of TrackMan or Foresight is needed).
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to build effective relationships quickly.
- A proactive, positive approach with a desire to drive sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (minimum of two Saturdays per month), travel extensively in region.
- The ability to set up equipment as needed.
- A PGA qualification is an advantage, but not required.
- A full and clean driving license.
