Based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, our golf products are recognized globally for their unmatched quality, made possible by the dedication and pride we put into everything we do.
Our Supply Chain Department is a pivotal part of our business and is responsible for the entire production flow of our components, from apparel to golf clubs and golf balls. We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Data Analyst and Administrator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers valuable experience and exposure that could support future career development in inventory planning or other areas of the supply chain. You will be responsible for data analysis and administrative tasks that help keep our supply chain running smoothly.
Reporting directly into the Supply Chain Manager, this role would suit someone with a real interest in data and inventory. Some of the areas this role will work on day to day include:
- Data & Reporting: You’ll work with data from multiple sources (including our ERP system), pulling it together and turning it into clear, useful reports.
- Purchase Orders & Data Accuracy: You’ll raise and manage purchase orders with a good understanding of how they impact the wider business. Keeping data accurate and up to date will be a big part of helping inventory run smoothly.
- Ad-hoc Support: From time to time, you’ll jump in on ad-hoc tasks to support the inventory team and help keep supply chain operations running efficiently.
To succeed in this role, we seek candidates with:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, high attention to detail.
- Team player capable of independent work.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft packages for data analysis and manipulation, with exceptional attention to detail.
