We’re looking for someone who thrives on turning ideas into reality. Someone who can take a concept scribbled in a meeting and see it through to a fully realised in-store display: on time, on budget, and impossible to ignore. From eye-catching POS and retail displays to the finer details of catalogues and sales tools, you’ll be at the centre of how our #1 brand shows up in the real world.

This is a role for a doer. You’ll work closely with our UK sales team, creating smart, commercially focused marketing support that doesn’t just look good - it drives sell-in and keeps products moving off the shelf. You’ll also be the steady hand behind the scenes, keeping samples where they need to be, managing stock flow, and making sure the team always has what they need, when they need it.

There’s variety here too. One day you might be coordinating suppliers and production timelines; the next, preparing for a key sales meeting or working alongside major partners like England Golf and the PGA. You’ll also play a key role in our Staff Ambassador Programme, helping bring our amazing brand to life through the people who represent it.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for golf, a degree-level education and prior marketing experience. A background in marketing or business would be advantageous, as would experience in the golf industry, but most importantly, we’re seeking someone with strong attention to detail, energy and a proven ability to make things happen.
