We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities and Engineering Supervisor to take ownership of our site facilities and utilities here in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. This is a key role where you’ll ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance - no day will be the same!
You’ll lead the day-to-day management of facilities systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building services, making sure they remain reliable and fit for purpose. Alongside this, you’ll shape and drive our preventative maintenance strategy, using data and performance insights to reduce downtime and improve long-term asset reliability.
This role also offers the opportunity to get involved in exciting CAPEX and improvement projects - from developing business cases through to delivery and commissioning. You’ll work closely with contractors and service providers, ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and compliance standards.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a structured, organised approach. You’ll be comfortable managing budgets, analysing data, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation. Just as importantly, you’ll be a confident communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
