The Role
We're looking for a Technical Consultant to deliver and support enterprise software solutions within customer environments across on-premise, hosted and cloud infrastructures. This is a hands-on technical consultancy role combining software implementation, infrastructure troubleshooting, deployment automation and customer-facing technical delivery. You'll work closely with customers, project teams and service teams to deploy, support and optimise critical healthcare software platforms. Success in this role requires strong Microsoft infrastructure experience, excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to automate deployment activities using tools such as PowerShell, YAML and Azure DevOps. This is not a DevOps or Platform Engineering role.
We're seeking someone with a strong infrastructure and implementation background who enjoys working directly with customers and solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical implementations of enterprise software solutions into customer environments, working directly with customer IT teams to deploy and configure solutions across on-premise, hosted and Azure-based infrastructures.
