Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and mentor a team of Unit4 ERP Technical Consultants, inspiring them to deliver exceptional results for your clients
* Develop and enhance onboarding and transition processes for new hires
* Manage team utilisation, to optimise capacity and minimise downtime
* Gather and assess technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs
* Design, build, and maintain technical solutions including reports, integrations, and extensions using Unit4 ERP best practices
* Lead testing strategies to ensure solution quality and accuracy
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Collaborate across teams to provide technical insights supporting company-wide strategies
* Contribute technical expertise to pre-sales, marketing, and bid activities
Skills & Experience:
* Comfortable with leading and inspiring a technical team of consultants
* Strong knowledge of Unit4 ERP reporting tools and data structures (RERX, ARC conversions, composite reports)
* Experience with Unit4 ERP integration routines and interfaces (GL07, CS15, LG04)
* Proficiency with SQL and understanding of U4ERP datasets
* Experience with web services (REST, SOAP), JSON/XML, and interface testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
* Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Liquid Scripting is a plus
* Able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel if required
