My client is a leading Source-to-Pay software solution provider for mid-market organisations across a range of service-led industries. Their end-to-end modular platform enables customers to control spend and manage supply-chain risk; improve compliance and governance of their purchasing activities; reduce the cost of goods and services; and deliver efficiencies, all through process digitisation and automation. They serve a rapidly growing client base of corporate and public sector organisations and 2 million suppliers, with over 3 million users in 100+ countries across the UK, Europe, North America, New Zealand and Australia.
Due to this continued growth, they are looking for a Project Manager to join the professional services team.
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure projects are delivered to contract and meet customer value realisation outcomes. The Project Manager will successfully deliver projects by planning, assigning professional services resources, forecasting projects to completion, coordinating with other departments, partners and third parties to ensure project delivery and deadlines are met, whilst providing the appropriate levels of governance and reporting. The Project Manager will incrementally add value with their customer and company interactions.
Key requirements:- 3-5 yearsβ experience as a Vendor side Project Manager implementing Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Source to Contract (S2C) solutions in the UK
- Experience delivering into the Public and Private sector in the UK as a vendor side project manager
- Customer communication and influencing at a senior level
- Proven experience of delivering complex projects
- Prince2 practitioner
- Project planning, resourcing, scheduling (proficient in Microsoft project, Teams and MS products)
- Experience of implementing Business Spend Management solutions or equivalent
- Multi-tasking/good time management
- Customer orientated
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Happy with a remote based role with some customer site travel
