As a Digital Library Implementation Consultant you will:
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, spending time investigating and understanding their objectives, and onboarding and training them to ensure that they are using the software effectively to best achieve their goals
- Promote engagement with the software through webinars, workshops, development of documentation and support materials and contribution to the community platform.
- You will contribute to future product development by developing an understanding of customer requirements and priorities and sharing this knowledge with the product and engineering teams.
Requirements for the Digital Library Implementation Consultant:
- A background in Library Sciences or experience of working with Archival, Digital Asset Management or Library Systems
- A strong interest in Software andthe Ed Tech and Cultural sectors (Universities, Museums, Archives)
