The Role
- Conducting market research, understanding market and recruitment trends and communicating them to your team and customers.
- Supply the business with a constant flow of candidates through headhunting, networking and handling advertising responses, delivering top-quality professionals into temporary, contract and permanent positions throughout the UK.
- Build excellent client relationships, based on quality and credibility.
- Conduct consistent quality levels of client and candidate activity both on the phone and face to face.
- Network at regular events to create your own bespoke network and build your business.
- Demonstrate fantastic customer relationship management skills with prospective and existing candidates.
- Handle marketing duties including email marketing and posting adverts on job boards and social media.
- Learn about the fast-paced and evolving cyber security landscape.
- Receive a consultant mentor for your first 12 months.
