As a Principal, you are a senior leader within the organisation, responsible for shaping strategic direction, driving commercial success, and representing Acumetis at the highest levels. Principals act as trusted advisors to senior executives across pharmaceutical and biotech organisations, guiding decisions that influence global pricing, access, evidence generation, and commercialisation.
You will lead major accounts, support long‑term client partnerships, and oversee complex programmes. Principals influence firm‑wide capabilities, set quality and methodological standards, and contribute to organisational strategy, growth, and culture. This role carries significant responsibility for commercial performance. You will shape business development strategy, secure high‑value opportunities, and mentor leaders across the organisation to support long‑term commercial sustainability.

Qualifications and Experience- Degree‑level qualification (2.1 or above preferred) in a health‑related, analytical, or numerical scientific discipline, such as:
