About the Role

Acumentis is seeking an experienced State Director to lead our Regional NSW team. This is a senior leadership role, based at any Acumentis NSW office, combining strategic management of a high-performing regional team with hands-on delivery of valuation work across the state. You will bring strong valuation experience to the role, acting as a trusted subject matter expert while driving the performance, growth and profitability of the regional business, and continuing to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across NSW.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Regional NSW team, including recruitment, performance and development.
  • Drive profitability and growth across the Regional NSW business unit.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across the region.
  • Complete valuations and review/QA the team's valuation reports to a high standard.
  • Report to the National Leadership Group and manage P&L to budget.

Skills And Experiences

Desired Skills

  • Strong experience leading a regional team across multiple locations.
  • Commercial and/or agribusiness valuation experience well regarded.
  • Sound knowledge of NSW regional property markets.

Essential Skills

  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • You hold a Valuer qualification (CPV – Certified Practising Valuer) and current API membership — this is a strict requirement governed by the property valuation industry's governing body.
  • You hold a current and valid Australian Driver Licence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team.

It is a condition of employment that staff are to obtain National Police Clearance (paid for by the business).
