The business will fund your CeMAP qualifications and give you the platform to grow. With self-generated work at the heart of the model, you’ll build strong partnerships with brokers and accountants, becoming the go-to expert they turn to.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Specialist Mortgage Advisor:
- Generating your own flow of cases through strong, trusted relationships with brokers and accountants.
- Speaking directly with clients to understand needs and shape the right capital-raising solutions.
- Packaging and underwriting cases, assessing affordability and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation.
- Managing each case from initial conversation through to completion as the single point of contact.
- Staying up to date with lender criteria and market changes to ensure the strongest client outcomes.
- Keeping on top of compliance requirements, CPD expectations and relevant training.
What you’ll bring to the table as a Specialist Mortgage Advisor:
- Previous experience within financial or mortgage-related environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence delivering advice.
- The ability to build effective working relationships with brokers, clients and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the capability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Sound decision-making and attention to detail when assessing and placing cases.
Working hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm.
