Are you a talented Pricing Actuary looking to broaden your impact in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading actuarial consultancy in London, delivering high-profile projects across the Lloyd’s, London Market, and Commercial/Personal lines space.

This role offers the chance to work with multiple clients on pricing transformation, portfolio optimisation, and cutting-edge analytical projects — while benefiting from the variety and career progression only consultancy can offer.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting pricing and profitability projects across a diverse client base (Lloyd’s, London Market, Commercial, Reinsurance, and Specialty lines).
• Delivering technical actuarial analysis including rate reviews, price optimisation, portfolio modelling, and underwriting support.
• Advising clients on pricing strategy, underwriting profitability, and capital/claims interactions.
• Using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Emblem to develop and enhance pricing models.
• Presenting findings and recommendations clearly to clients, bridging technical detail with commercial insights.

Skills & Experience:

• Nearly/newly qualified actuary (FIA/FFA or equivalent)
• Strong technical skills with Excel, SQL, Python, R
• Proven experience working in London Market, Lloyd’s, Commercial, or Specialty pricing (personal lines experience also valued).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex results to non-actuarial stakeholders.
