Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Proven experience in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and system environments.
- Strong background in IP Networking, including CCNA-level knowledge, WAN, LAN, and MPLS.
- Hands-on experience with Nokia platforms, including Nokia SAR-H and Nokia NFM-P.
- Excellent understanding of routing, switching, and data networking principles.
- Experience working with XTran technology.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Visio for network and technical diagramming.
Field Engineers:
- Installation of Networks equipment (Commtel/SDH/PDH/Radio/Xtran).
- Excellent knowledge of routing, switching, and data networking IP Networking (WAN, LAN, MPLS).
- Experience in maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting networks and systems.
- Provision of 1st line assurance activities on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis adhering to our agreed contractual SLA targets.
- Reporting all information updates to Vodafone's service support desk.
- Proven track record in the installation and support of DC Charger, PDH, SDH, Comtel, Microwave radio technologies.
- DC AC experienced.
- Knowledge of Cisco Alcatel products.
- LAN WAN internetworking skills.
