Acumen is based in Huddersfield, working across commercial and bespoke residential projects. We’re a close-knit studio with a hands‑on approach; taking projects from early concept through to delivery and staying closely involved at every stage. This is a role for someone who enjoys client interaction and responsibility, wants to see projects through properly, and is comfortable working across different scales and sectors.
The Opportunity
You’ll be involved in a mix of commercial, residential and bespoke individual housing, contributing across all RIBA stages. The role includes design development, technical delivery, and day‑to‑day client and project coordination.
- Strong Revit capability (essential)
- Experience in commercial and/or bespoke residential projects
- Confidence working across multiple project stages
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
- An interest in project running / project management
Whilst great to have, we are willing to support the development of these skills where appropriate if applying from a Part 2 and 3 perspectives.
