Key Responsibilities:
- Support, consult, and train surgeons and theatre teams regarding the use of Acumed products prior to, during, and following surgical procedures.
- Offer guidance to assist with clinical decision-making at each stage of the process.
- Day-to-day account management of hospitals in the assigned area.
- Perform inventory management tasks such as auditing stock, facilitating stock replenishment, loan kit bookings, and ensuring implants and instruments are ready and accessible for use.
- Achieve all KPI’s as set by the line manager and/or Directors in line with business/role demands.
- Case covering, including advising on the application of the Acumed portfolio.
- Interface between customers and the Regional Sales Manager.
- Provide guidance to new and existing customers for clinical decisions.
- Train theatre staff and maintain knowledge of hospital and theatre policies.
- Attend regional symposiums and represent the Acumed brand.
- Keep CRM records up to date and manage inventory audits.
- Work flexibly to support business requirements and collaborate successfully as part of a team.
- Maintain Acumed equipment, including laptop, mobile phone, audit equipment, etc.
- Complete all administration duties in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Knowledge of hospital and theatre policies.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to interface with sales management.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage logistics.
- Team player capable of working independently and as part of a flexible team structure.
