About The Team

About The Role
To aid the business to achieve its business objectives, we now require an experienced digital and social media manager to join our innovative marketing and business development team. As an experienced digital marketer with a passion for building outstanding digital platforms, campaigns and exceptional client journeys, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing and social media strategy across the entire Acuity business.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing
- Drive and champion the firms digital marketing strategy
- Develop and manage all digital platforms/websites, channels and assets
- Optimise digital performance to ensure market leading platforms that build brand and drive new business and client engagement.
- Create digital marketing content (text, audio and video)
- Ensure all platforms are relevant and compliant
- CMS management
- Develop, execute and manage all digital campaigns (organic and paid)
- Drive digital platform/channel integration with all relevant other platforms to drive outstanding client experience and end-to-end management information
- Management of external digital agencies and partners
- Provision of full analytical reporting on digital performance
- Develop and execute social media strategies that support the businesses goals and objectives
- Champion best practice across all social media platforms to all key stakeholders within the business
- Develop engaging content tailored to the agreed target audiences
- Schedule and manage content across all relevant social media platforms
- Monitor and, where appropriate manage response to comments, messages and mentions/likes.
- Foster business related community engagement by encouraging discussions and building relationships with followers.
- Evaluate social media effectiveness providing full campaign reporting and visibility
- Where appropriate, create and manage paid campaigns across relevant media platforms to increase reach and engagement
About You
Personal Specification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of digital marketing, social media and website management in a highly regulated environment
- Proven track record in working in a fast-paced, complex environment and handling multiple stakeholder projects at any given time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective communicator at all levels
- Ability to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns that resonate with the target audience
- Commensurate experience in using Adobe CC, Publisher, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, WordPress and CRM platforms (ideally Peppermint or MS Dynamics)
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in analysing data and metrics to inform strategies and improve campaign/platform performance
- Experience of website CMS Digital and social media tools; experience with tools/platforms such as Hootsuite, GA etc.
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Digital Marketing related degree preferred
