We are looking for an experienced ForwardDeployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of engineering,product, and customer success. In this role, you will work closely withcustomers and internal teams to design, integrate, and deploy AI-poweredsolutions in real-world production environments. You will act as a technicalowner from solution design through implementation, ensuring high-impactoutcomes and customer satisfaction.

• 8–10 years of professionalsoftware engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experiencewith React.js for building modern, scalable frontend applications.
• Strong backend developmentexperience using Python and Node JS
• Solid understanding of AI/MLconcepts, including model lifecycle, inference, and real-world deployment considerations.
• Experience working withAI-powered systems, such as LLMs, ML APIs, or data-driven applications.
• Proven experience in systemintegration, including REST APIs, webhooks, and external services.
• Experience deploying andsupporting applications in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skillsand ability to work in ambiguous, customer-facing scenarios.
• Excellent communicationskills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with versioncontrol (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with testingframeworks (unit, integration, e2e) and basic security practices (auth,encryption, compliance)
• Work directly withcustomers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalabletechnical solutions.
• Design, build, anddeploy customer-facing applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
• Design systemsfocusing on forward compatibility, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead end-to-endintegration and implementation of AI-driven products into customer systems and workflows.
• Customize and extendcore platforms to meet customer-specific use cases while maintaining long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate closelywith Product, Data Science, and Platform Engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshootproduction issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of deployed solutions.
• Act as a technicaladvisor to customers, helping them adopt best practices for AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute tointernal tooling, reusable components, and technical documentation.
• Write, test, andmaintain code in accordance with organizational standards and project requirements.
• Experience with cloudplatforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity withcontainerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with datapipelines, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and analytics tools
• Optimize AI systemsfor latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.
• Exposure to AI systemobservability
