Paediatric Support Workers support young people with complex needs in daily activities, ventilation and tracheostomy management, PEG feeding, clinical observation and school attendance. The role requires reliability, dedication and a patient, compassionate approach. Candidates should be willing to learn and undertake specialist training, be passionate about helping children reach their potential, and have experience with ventilation or tracheostomy care preferred but not essential.
